  • Do I have to pay for an account or the training modules?

    No, accounts with the Institute are free, just like the Institute modules. There are costs associated with Continuing Education Units, College Credits, and certain Events.

  • So then, what is this website?

    This website that you are currently on (theinstitutefsp.org) serves as a ‘window’ into the Institute and provides easy-to-use information on all the great offerings of the Institute proper. Check is all out easily and concisely here! Then when you’re ready, simply click the links to be taken directly to the training modules and learning site.

  • Is the National Core Competency Framework compatible with my organization's training plan?

    Each organization has their own training plan. Please check with your organization to see if the National Core Competency Framework aligns with your organization.

  • Is there a National Core Competency Framework for Supervisors?

    Yes, the Institute has a National Supervisor Competency Framework.

  • Does the Institute offer trainings in other languages?

    Yes! We now offer some of our modules in Spanish and plan to continue offering more. We also offer the Certification Exam, Pre-Assesment, and some quizzes in Spanish.
