Join leaders from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and its Institute for Home Visiting Workforce Development for an online event to launch HRSA’s new National Strategy for the Home Visiting Workforce. This long-term National Strategy is designed to create pathways to home visiting careers, strengthen the workforce, and support workforce well-being. Home visitors, supervisors, and state and local program leaders helped inform and shape the National Strategy.

During the one-hour launch event, presenters will spotlight:

• The vital support that home visitors provide to families nationwide

• Opportunities to position the workforce for even greater success, reach, and impact

• The National Strategy’s plan to strengthen and support the home visiting workforce

“It takes a workforce to support families.” Every day, the home visiting workforce helps pregnant women and parents prevent childhood and adult chronic disease, advance family well-being, and make sure children are ready for school. The National Strategy will support the workforce that does this key work to support families.
