July News: Compensation Data

This month, our registration system will be updated to include a new question about your hourly wage. Collecting this information is a critical step toward creating system-wide change around compensation in the home visiting field. Reliable workforce data helps us tell the story of home visiting, advocate for meaningful investments, and demonstrate the value of the professionals who do this important work every day.

When the new fields are added, at long-in you will be prompted to update your registration information and provide your hourly wage. We take data protection seriously. Please know, your information will remain confidential, and only aggregated data will ever be shared.
