New Family Engagement Toolkit from Mathematica

Family on sofa

Reaching, enrolling, and retaining more families in home visiting programs is difficult for a variety of reasons. Clear communication, trust-building, and flexibility can make a difference, but these approaches are hard to put into practice.

The new Family Engagement Toolkit helps home visiting programs bridge that gap and put practical, flexible, evidence-informed family engagement approaches into action. With the toolkit in hand, programs can:

  • Reflect on strengths and challenges

  • Prioritize goals

  • Plan and make changes
